    Uganda has no practical de minimis — duty and 18% VAT are payable from the first parcel. EAC CET is 0–25% depending on the type of goods. The recipient must pay customs charges before the parcel is released — DHL Express collects these directly from the recipient.

    How long does delivery to Uganda take?
